Security screens, doors and blinds in Pimpama
Security doors, screens and blinds for Pimpama’s new estates, rentals and semi-rural blocks. We’re based next door in Coomera, about ten minutes away.

Security doors and screens for Pimpama homes
Pimpama has grown fast, and many homes were handed over with the lightest screens the builder could fit. Upgrading those is most of what we do here.

Pimpama conditions we design for
Pimpama mixes brand-new estates with acreage and open paddocks. That shapes what fails here and what lasts.
01
Builder-grade screens
Many homes in the newer estates came with light fly screens and no security on the doors. They tear, pop out of their tracks and offer no protection. We replace them with frames that fit properly and lock.
02
Wind across open ground
Streets on the edge of the estates face open paddocks, and the afternoon wind can be strong. Zip track blinds and well-fixed screens are built to stay in place when it blows.
03
Rentals and property managers
A good share of Pimpama homes are investor-owned. We work with property managers on access and supply itemised quotes for the owner’s records.
04
Dogs, cats and pet mesh
Family estates mean a lot of pets. Pet-resistant mesh and pet doors stop new screens being clawed through within the first year.
05
Estate covenants
Some Pimpama estates have covenants on facade colours. We bring powder-coat samples to the measure so you can match the window frames and check against your guidelines.

Pimpama questions
Screens failing already? Call 07 5550 4280 or send us a photo of the opening and we will tell you what fits.
Ask us a questionCan you replace the fly screens my builder fitted?
Yes. We measure each opening and replace the builder’s screens with stronger fly screens or security screens, in a frame colour that matches your windows.
Do you work with property managers on rentals?
Yes. We can arrange access through your agent, measure with the tenant home or away, and send an itemised quote to you as the owner.
Will zip track blinds cope with the wind in Pimpama?
Zip track blinds lock the fabric into side channels, so they handle wind far better than standard outdoor blinds. In very strong wind any blind should be raised, and we show you the limits at handover.
How far is Pimpama from your base?
About ten minutes up the M1 from our Coomera workshop. Measures are free, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays by appointment.
What does a whole-house package cost?
For a typical four-bedroom new build, screens and blinds together usually come to $6,500 to $11,000 installed, including GST. Your written quote shows each opening.
How long until the screens are fitted?
Two to three weeks from your approved quote. Most Pimpama homes are fitted in a single day.
